【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofoutdoorsoundlevelsatspecificlocationsusingadigitalstatisticalsoundanalysissystemandaformalmeasurementplan.1.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesbasicrequirementsforobtainingeitherasinglesetofdataormultiplesetsofrelateddata.However,becausetherearenumerouscircumstancesandvariedobjectivesrequiringmultiplesetsofdata,thetestmethoddoesnotaddressplanningofthemeasurementprogram.1.2Theuseofresultsofmeasurementsperformedusingthistestmethodinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:1.2.1Tocharacterizetheacousticalenvironmentofasite,1.2.2Tocharacterizethesoundemissionsofaspecificsoundsourcewhichexhibitsatemporalvariationinsoundoutput,and1.2.3Tomonitortheeffectivenessofanoiseimpactmitigationplan.1.3Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithameasurementplanthatreferencesthistestmethod.Changesoradditionstotheprovisionsofthistestmethodshallbeclearlystatedintheplan.1.3.1Intheeventitisnecessary,forexample,becauseoftimeconstraints,toconductmeasurementswithoutfirstformalizingaplan,thistestmethodcanbeusedifanoperator/observerwhosequalificationsaresatisfactorytoboththeperformingorganizationandtheclientispresentatalltimesduringthemeasurementsandwhocomplies,totheextentpossible,withalltheapplicablerequirementsofthistestmethod,includingrecordkeeping.1.4Thedataobtainedusingthistestmethodenablecomparisonofsoundleveldatawithappropriatecriteria.1.4.1Thedataobtainedwiththistestmethodcanbeusedinthederivationofloudnesslevelsprovidedthenecessaryrequirementsregardingsampledurationandsignalbandwidthareobservedincollectingthedata.Itisrecommendedthataspecialistintheareaofloudnessevaluationbeconsultedinpreparingaplanformeasurementsintendedtoproducedatawhichwillbeusedforthispurpose.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
