【摘要】:ThispartofISO13373recommendsproceduresforprocessingandpresentingvibrationdataandanalysingvibrationsignaturesforthepurposeofmonitoringthevibrationconditionofrotatingmachinery,andperformingdiagnosticsasappropriate.Differenttechniquesaredescribedfordifferentapplications.Signalenhancementtechniquesandanalysismethodsusedfortheinvestigationofparticularmachinedynamicphenomenaareincluded.Manyofthesetechniquescanbeappliedtoothermachinetypes,includingreciprocatingmachines.Exampleformatsfortheparametersthatarecommonlyplottedforevaluationanddiagnosticpurposesarealsogiven.ThispartofISO13373isdividedessentiallyintotwobasicapproacheswhenanalysingvibrationsignals:thetimedomainandthefrequencydomain.Someapproachestotherefinementofdiagnosticresults,bychangingtheoperationalconditions,arealsocovered.ThispartofISO13373includesonlythemostcommonlyusedtechniquesforthevibrationconditionmonitoring,analysisanddiagnosticsofmachines.Therearemanyothertechniquesusedtodeterminethebehaviourofmachinesthatapplytomorein-depthvibrationanalysisanddiagnosticinvestigationsbeyondthenormalfollow-ontomachineryconditionmonitoring.AdetaileddescriptionofthesetechniquesisbeyondthescopeofthispartofISO13373,butsomeofthesemoreadvancedspecialpurposetechniquesarelistedinClause5foradditionalinformation.Forspecificmachinetypesandsizes,theISO7919andISO10816seriesprovideguidancefortheapplicationofbroadbandvibrationmagnitudesforconditionmonitoring,andotherdocumentssuchasVDI3839andVDI3841provideadditionalinformationaboutmachinery-specificproblemsthatcanbedetectedwhenconductingvibrationdiagnostics.
